Requirements

● Hold a doctoral degree.

● Under 35 years old.

● Major in ophthalmology or clinical medicine (eight-year program).

 

 

Eye Institute PI

 

Requirements

● Hold a doctoral degree.

● Engage in biomedical-related basic research.

● High-level SCI papers published in the international journals either as first author or corresponding author.

● Be familiar with development frontier of the field you work in, independently lead team to carry out the related research

   work.

● Good team spirit.

 

Salary and Preferential Policies 

● Salary Package: 500,000 – 1,000,000 RMB.

● Provide a certain amount of research funding and first-class experimental facilities as well as support for team-building.

 

 

Postdoctoral Fellow

 

Requirements

● Hold a doctoral degree.

● Engage in ophthalmology, optometry and basic research in ophthalmology.

● High-level papers in SCI papers in relevant fields during your PhD period (one article in JCR Q2, or two in JCR Q3).

● Experience in research projects atprovincial or ministerial level or above, as well as other research results of the same

   level.

 

Salary and Preferential Policies 

● No less than 300,000 RMB per year (regular pay before tax).

● Rewarded with 50,000 RMB for completion of the research tasks within 2 years in the postdoctoral station, 20,000 RMB

   for 3 years.

● The awards will be given every year according to the paper publication, patent application, project approval, etc.

● Provide research funds of 100,000-200,000 RMB.

● Housing subsidies are provided on a case-by-case basis.
